You will plan, prepare and present high-quality dishes, manage stock and waste, ensure hygiene and health & safety standards, and collaborate with the on-site leadership team to deliver exceptional service.
The ideal candidate holds City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or an NVQ equivalent, with a Food Hygiene certificate, and has experience supervising a team.
