As a hospitality bartender, you’ll be at the heart of the action, providing outstanding service, preparing and serving drinks with professionalism, and helping to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.
The Role
As a member of our hospitality bar team, you will be the face of our hospitality service.
Responsibilities include:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to hospitality and VIP guests
- Prepare and serve drinks efficiently and professionally
- Work confidently in a busy, high-energy environment
- Bring a positive attitude and great team spirit to every shift
- Delivering a seamless, five-star customer experience.
- Support colleagues and adapt quickly during busy periods
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism
Skills & Experience
- Have a minimum of one years hospitality bar experience
- Minimum age of 18
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for customer service
- Thrive in fast paced, high-volume environments
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Show strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Can multitask and perform confidently under pressure
