We are looking for a Senior Receptionist to join our creative team and support us delivering the excellent service we are known for, in two client buildings based near Green Park/Piccadilly Circus/ St. James's Park.

As a Senior Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional first impression for every guest, client and colleague who walks through our doors. Leading by example, you will combine hands-on reception duties with day-to-day support and guidance for the wider team, ensuring consistently high standards of service across both locations. You will be confident working in a fast-paced, professional environment, anticipating the needs of guests and stakeholders, coordinating complex meeting and hospitality requirements and taking ownership of any challenges that arise. Contract type: Full-time, permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; on a shift rota basis between 8 AM – 6:30 PM with flexibility as per business needs)

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm, professional welcome to guests, clients and colleagues.
  • Oversee daily front‑of‑house operations including switchboard, enquiries and guest arrivals.
  • Coordinate complex meeting room diaries, managing bookings, changes, AV/IT needs and catering.
  • Act as the reception team’s point of contact providing guidance, support and consistent standards.
  • Take ownership of VIP visits ensuring needs are anticipated and delivered flawlessly.
  • Liaise with internal teams such as catering, IT/AV, facilities and security to ensure seamless service.
  • Handle escalations professionally resolving service issues and challenging situations with confidence.
  • Maintain exceptional presentation standards across reception, meeting rooms and client spaces.
  • Support team training and development promoting best practice and a consistent service approach.
  • Manage key administrative tasks including passes, visitor records, contractor access and bookings.

  • Ideally, have at least one year of customer service experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel, premium airline, or corporate environment.
