We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join a close‑knit kitchen team within a professional contract catering environment. This role is ideal for a CDP who enjoys running a cold section, supporting hospitality and events, and working in a collaborative, well‑structured kitchen. You’ll be part of a team of four including a Head Chef, Sous Chef, CDP, and KP, with responsibility for sandwiches, salads, and cold food preparation, as well as supporting hospitality and event catering. Monday–Friday role (7:00am–3:30pm) offering excellent work‑life balance.

What you’ll be doing as a Chef de Partie:

  • Running the cold section, including sandwiches and salads
  • Preparing and supporting hospitality and events, including canapé production
  • Supporting event catering for functions of 50–100 people
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation
  • Managing stock control, ordering, and basic costing for your section
  • Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver consistent quality
