Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour

Retention Bonus: £1,000 (paid on completion of the full RCA)

Contract Dates: 8th July 2026 – 15th December 2026

Hours: 40 hours per week

Number of Roles: 7 CSAs

Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7 (shift-based rota)

Requirement: 24/7 operation, 7 days per week

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greet and look after guests, ensuring they leave with a positive experience
  • Deliver efficient, friendly, and personalized customer service
  • Develop strong knowledge of the menu and confidently recommend options
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and handling compliance
  • Follow all Health & Safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
  • Support both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations as required
  • Assist the wider team with additional duties when needed
