Working Hours: Monday to Sunday | 8:30pm – 4:00am

We're looking to split the rota between two Chef de Parties, offering flexibility across the week.

Pay Rate: £20.36 per hour

Contract: Temporary to Permanent Opportunity

Important Information

  • Before starting your night shifts, you'll need to complete one day shift for your induction and to be shown the kitchen, site, and procedures.
  • Immediate starts available following a successful induction.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparing and serving high-quality evening meals and breakfasts.
  • Working alongside a General Assistant (GA) to deliver a smooth service.
  • Catering for up to 80 evening meals and 80 breakfasts.
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Supporting the efficient running of the kitchen during service.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie (essential).
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • A positive, reliable approach and excellent time management.
  • Must be 18+.
  • Own safety shoes and chef knives.
