We are currently recruiting for a Head Chef to join our team.
Location: LS10 1AB
Salary: £37,500 per annum
Shift Pattern: Monday–Friday, 7:00‑15:30, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the launch of a high‑end contract catering site, building and shaping the kitchen team ahead of opening (Aug 2026).
- Recruit, manage and develop a team of 4, creating a strong team culture and consistent standards.
- Deliver a premium food offer across breakfast, lunch, deli bar and hospitality, ensuring quality and consistency at all times.
- Drive a creative and commercially strong menu, including a daily street food offer alongside a comfort‑led core menu.
- Manage a tight cost base, controlling food spend, labour and wastage to meet budget targets.
- Maintain exceptional standards of food safety, compliance and kitchen operations.
- Adapt menus and service to meet client expectations while maintaining innovation and high‑end presentation.
