As an Assistant Catering Manager in a healthcare setting, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our kitchen and supporting the delivery of exceptional food experiences. - Liaising between the team and manager to ensure we continually exceed expectations
- Motivating the team to keep everyone on task
- Assisting the manager with managing inventories, monitoring budgets and implementing action plans
- Supporting and training our teams, leading from the front to make sure everyone can excel in their role
- Assisting with paperwork when required
Our ideal Assistant Catering Manager will:
- Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
- Have previous experience in a similar role
- Have experience managing teams
- Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
- Hold a Food Hygiene certificate
- Have a flexible approach to working
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be an ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill
