Set within the world-famous Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, The Pavilion is a vibrant, high-volume restaurant offering a dynamic hybrid dining experience in one of London’s most unique hospitality settings, with a strong focus on quality, pace, and guest experience. The Pavilion combines the energy of a busy destination venue with the standards and culture of modern hospitality leadership.

Shift Pattern: 5 over 7 days, 45 hours per week (Winter hours: Garden closes at 16:00, Summer hours: Garden closed at 19:00)

Salary: £40,000 per annum

Location: TW9 3JR (Free Parking)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a busy hybrid-service restaurant operation with a strong focus on guest experience and service standards.
  • Drive team performance through hands-on leadership, coaching, and development.
  • Manage labour, rotas, and staffing to deliver efficient and commercially successful operations.
  • Maintain high standards across customer service, food safety, compliance, and daily operations.
  • Take ownership of stock control, operational readiness, and service delivery during peak trading periods.
  • Support sales growth through strong communication, upselling focus, and commercial awareness.
  • Build a positive, accountable, and hospitality-led team culture.
  • Managing a team of 2 assistant managers, 2 supervisors and 12-14 casual team members.
