MATCH DAY RETAIL TEAM LEADERS WANTED! Join the Constellation Team at Leicester Tigers! Constellation at Leicester Tigers is looking for experienced, confident and reliable Retail Team Leaders to join our match-day team, overseeing food and beverage retail kiosks throughout the stadium. This is a leadership role for experienced hospitality professionals who are confident managing a kiosk team in a busy stadium environment. You’ll be responsible for supporting your team, maintaining high service standards and ensuring the kiosk operates efficiently from opening through to the final whistle.

5 KEY THINGS YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Lead & Manage Your Team. Supervise kiosk staff throughout the match day, ensuring everyone understands their responsibilities and is working effectively as part of the team.
- Oversee Till & Cash Operations. Support the team with till operation, payments and cash handling, ensuring procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
- Manage Kiosk Service. Oversee the smooth running of your allocated kiosk, ensuring food and beverage service is delivered quickly, professionally and to a high standard.
- Manage Busy Match-Day Periods. Remain calm and organised during peak periods, managing queues, customer demand and team performance to keep service running efficiently.
- Deliver an Excellent Fan Experience. Lead by example and ensure your team provides friendly, professional and welcoming service to both home and away supporters.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO:
- Are aged 18+
- Have previous Team Leader/Supervisor experience in hospitality, retail or food & beverage
- Have previous experience working in a stadium kiosk environment — essential
- Are confident leading and motivating a team during busy service periods
- Have strong customer service and communication skills
- Are confident managing tills, cash handling and retail operations
- Can work calmly and efficiently under pressure
- Are reliable, organised and professional
- Have a strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Are available for weekend match days, Christmas periods and other busy events
- Live locally in Leicester or the surrounding area
MORE WORK AVAILABLE! Successful Team Leaders who perform well on match days may have the opportunity to pick up additional shifts during the week, including other hospitality, catering and retail opportunities with Constellation.
