Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Chef in the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen
  • Prepare and present fresh, seasonal dishes to a consistently high standard
  • Supervise, support, and motivate junior kitchen team members
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
  • Assist with menu development, stock control, and ordering
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment

About the Role
