The Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of this busy and high‑profile restaurant. You will be a natural leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, confidently running service while maintaining exceptional standards and creating memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the front‑of‑house team to deliver outstanding service
- Take full responsibility for daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times
- Maintain and drive high standards of service, presentation, and guest experience
- Work closely with the General Manager, Head Chef, and wider leadership team
- Implement effective training and development plans to support team growth
- Manage guest feedback and resolve any issues with professionalism and care
About You
- Proven experience in a similar role within a high‑volume, premium restaurant environment
- Passionate about hospitality, with a hands‑on approach to service
- Confident leading from the front and managing the floor
- Calm, organised, and able to perform under pressure
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- Knowledge of quality food and beverage is highly desirable
