We are on the lookout for a Receptionist and Hospitality Assistant to join our amazing Rapport team, predominantly based near Monument and Liverpool Street stations. You will be working within a prestigious law firm, where guest services are more than just a smile—they are essential to the experience. You will be the face of the company, making sure every guest and partner feels welcomed, valued and looked after with outstanding care, every time. This is a role for someone who brings energy, professionalism, and a warm approach to every interaction. You will be part of a supportive team of 2, where collaboration is second nature, laughter is part of the daily soundtrack, and everyone’s encouraged to bring their best self to work. Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7 AM and 9 PM)

Main responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Escort guests to meeting rooms and assist with coats, luggage, and comfort
- Support with bookings, guest requests, and meeting room coordination
- Help set up and clear down rooms for meetings and events
- Provide hospitality support, including catering and event setup
- Answer phone calls and manage inboxes with clarity and confidence
- Be a proactive, present member of a high-performing reception team
- Adopt a flexible and adaptable approach when dealing with ad-hoc duties as required, and/or potential shift/location changes
