Role Overview:
As a member of our casual waiting staff team, you'll play a key role in delivering unforgettable customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional table service in a variety of hospitality areas including restaurants, private boxes, and premium suites
- Greeting and interacting with guests in a warm and professional manner
- Taking food and drink orders and ensuring timely, accurate service
- Assisting with food and beverage set-up, service, and clear-down
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards throughout service
- Supporting the wider hospitality team where needed, including bar and kiosk assistance during peak periods
- Adhering to all health & safety and hygiene standards
This role is ideal for those who thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy working with people, and take pride in high standards of service.
