Matchdays Only – Casual Role
We are looking for an experienced Retail Team Lead to take responsibility for a stadium retail kiosk and the team working within it on matchdays.
The Role
As Retail Team Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of your allocated retail kiosk, ensuring the team delivers an efficient, professional and friendly service to supporters throughout the matchday.
You will need to have full knowledge and understanding of stadium retail operations and be confident taking responsibility for both the kiosk and the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Manage: Take responsibility for the kiosk and lead the retail team throughout the matchday.
- Oversee Operations: Ensure the kiosk is fully prepared, well-stocked and operating efficiently before, during and after the match.
- Customer Experience: Deliver excellent service to supporters while managing queues, customer queries and any issues that arise.
Skillset & Experience Required
- Previous stadium retail experience – ESSENTIAL
- Full understanding of matchday stadium retail operations
- Previous experience leading or supervising a retail team
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Confident managing a busy kiosk in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm and organised during busy periods
- Good cash-handling and till/POS knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to motivate and support a team
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Confident taking responsibility and making decisions independently
Please Note: This is a casual, matchday-only role with no guaranteed hours. Shifts will be offered based on matchday requirements and availability.
