Matchdays Only – Casual Role

We are looking for experienced Hospitality Shift Leaders to join our matchday team, working across the Executive Lounge & Sponsors’ Room, catering for approximately 220 covers.

The Role

As a Hospitality Shift Leader, you will take responsibility for the overall running of an allocated hospitality room and the team working within it. You will be responsible for ensuring the room operates smoothly and that guests receive a professional, high-quality matchday experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Manage: Take full responsibility for your allocated room and lead the hospitality team throughout the matchday.
• Oversee Service: Manage plated and buffet service, ensuring food and drinks are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
• Guest Experience: Maintain excellent customer service, deal with guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

You Must Have

• Previous stadium hospitality experience – essential
• Experience working in a busy matchday hospitality environment
• Experience with plated service and buffet service
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A professional and confident approach with guests and colleagues
• The ability to take responsibility for an entire room and lead a team effectively

Bar Service: There will be a service bar available, although guests are also able to walk up and order their own drinks.

Please Note: This is a casual, matchday-only role with no guaranteed hours. Shifts will be offered based on matchday requirements and availability.
