The People Business Partner for Ireland is a strategic and hands-on HR leader responsible for aligning people strategy across all Levy venues in Ireland. They work closely with senior venue leaders to embed a fair, consistent and people-first culture throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit. The role focuses on employee development, wellbeing, engagement, performance and communication, helping Levy create exceptional workplaces where employees feel supported, valued and proud to work.

People Business Partner - The Role

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with senior venue leaders to align people strategies with commercial goals and business priorities.
  • Workforce & Talent Planning: Lead workforce planning, succession, organisational design and talent pipelines to ensure the right skills are in place.
  • Recruitment & Employer Brand: Oversee regional recruitment and strengthen Levy’s reputation as an employer of choice across Ireland.
  • Onboarding & Retention: Deliver consistent onboarding and initiatives to improve retention of key employees, casual workers and high performers.
  • Learning & Development: Promote continuous learning, leadership development, career pathways and effective performance coaching.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Provide expert advice on employee relations, policies and employment law while ensuring consistent and compliant practices.
  • Reward, Recognition & Wellbeing: Support fair pay, benefits, recognition programmes and initiatives that improve employee wellbeing and engagement.
  • Culture, DE&I & Engagement: Champion Levy’s values, diversity, inclusion and employee engagement through surveys, communication and employee networks.
  • Change, Data & Transformation: Lead HR support for organisational change while using people data and analytics to identify trends and drive better decisions.
  • Operations, Budget & Team Leadership: Manage HR systems, budgets and processes while developing the regional People team and building strong external community partnerships.

What we're looking for

  • Natural leader with strong presence, maturity and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
  • People-focused leader who coaches, mentors and develops talent while engaging teams with Levy’s vision and values.
  • Dynamic and engaging professional with experience leading and inspiring large teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and commercial results.
  • Strong venue experience across complex stadia, arenas and conference/exhibition environments with diverse food and beverage operations.
  • Commercially focused with strong budgeting, forecasting and cost-control skills, using best practice to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Change-driven and innovative, engaging stakeholders to identify improvements and successfully implement change across venues.
  • Flexible and agile, combining resilience, structure and strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly.
  • Strong project and logistics management experience, delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
