Pastry Sous Chef - Kia Oval, London | Full-Time / Permanent

We're looking for a talented and versatile Pastry Sous Chef to lead pastry operations at The Kia Oval - iconic international cricket ground and home to Surrey County Cricket Club since 1845.

In this exciting Pastry Sous Chef role you will work across a diverse event portfolio, from large-scale international matchdays (up to 5,500 guests) to VVIP and corporate events.

Pastry Sous Chef - The role

You will ensure high-quality production, consistency, and efficient use of resources, while supporting menu development with a strong focus on sustainability and plant-based desserts.

As Pastry Sous Chef you will also play a key role in leading and developing the pastry team and maintaining food safety standards.
