Jockey Club Catering was formed in 2009 to provide outstanding catering and hospitality at all of The Jockey Club’s racecourses nationwide. With a portfolio of 15 racecourses, Jockey Club Catering delivers exceptional race day experiences over 333 race days a year through great people and amazing customer service.

What you\’ll be doing:

  • Oversee daily venue operations, ensuring excellence in guest service
  • Manage and mentor a dedicated team of hospitality professionals
  • Optimiseefficiency and maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

About you:

  • Proven experience in hotel management or related field
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry trends
