We are currently recruiting for a Relief Chef to join our team in Nottingham.

Location: Field based around Nottingham

Rate of Pay: £35,000 per annum

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, 5/7, shifts between 6am - 4pm

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
  • Covering Managers holidays and site supports
  • Overseeing and implementing menu changes
  • Identifying opportunities to improve our food services
  • Listening and acting on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services
  • Representing CH&CO and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Monitoring inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked
  • Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations

Our ideal Relief Chef will:

  • Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
  • Have experience supervising a team
  • Have experience in a similar Chef role
  • Be able to cover Chef Manager role while off site
  • Hold a Food Hygiene & Allergens certificate
  • Have a flexible approach to working
  • Be flexible with shiftwork
  • Must be able to adapt themselves to different situations
