We are recruiting for the following event-day positions, you must have prior experience in this role:
You must have a chatty, approachable, and confident personality — excellent customer interaction is key in all roles. As part of the Constellation team, you will help deliver outstanding hospitality experiences across our bars, restaurants, and hospitality areas.
Duties may include:
- Providing friendly, professional customer service
- Serving food and drinks efficiently
- Taking orders and processing payments via POS systems
- Preparing and clearing tables
- Maintaining clean and organised work areas
- Preparing simple food and hot drinks
- Working closely with teammates to ensure smooth service
- Adapting to busy, high-energy event environments
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Previous hospitality or cash-handling experience is a bonus!
