We are seeking a dedicated Weddings, Conference & Events Coordinator to join Sedgebrook Hall (The Venues Collection). The role is full‑time, 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to discuss wedding vision and preferences.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the wedding planning process, including contract negotiation and budget management.
- Create and maintain detailed timelines and checklists to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Communicate with the wedding party to keep them informed and comfortable with the plan.
- Handle unexpected issues or emergencies that may arise during the planning process.
- Manage confirmed bookings and coordinate information for hand‑over to the operational team.
- Provide high‑level customer care, ensuring enquiries are dealt with efficiently in line with company guidelines.
- Maintain a professional sales service in the sales office.
- Research past and present companies, manage high volume of enquiries, and be proactive in sales enquiries.
- Show flexibility and dedication to all types of wedding and event enquiries.
Qualifications & Skills
- Passion for customer service and hospitality with an interest in events.
