Want to be at the heart of the matchday atmosphere at Northampton Saints? Constellation is looking for enthusiastic, friendly and reliable Till Operators to join our team!

You’ll be right at the forefront of the service, helping create a fantastic experience for both home and away fans as they enjoy the action. From serving food and drinks at our retail kiosks to keeping the atmosphere buzzing behind our bars, you’ll play a key role in making matchdays memorable.

You’ll be:

  • Local to Northampton and able to easily get to Franklin’s Gardens
  • 18 or over
  • Ideally experienced in a similar stadium, sports venue or large event setting
  • Friendly, approachable and confident with customers
  • Reliable, positive and ready to get stuck in
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • A great team player who enjoys working with others
  • Passionate about delivering brilliant customer service

What will you be doing?

  • Serving food and beverages to home and away supporters
  • Operating tills and handling cash and card payments accurately
  • Working across our retail kiosks and bars
  • Providing friendly, fast and welcoming service
  • Helping fans have a great experience from the moment they arrive
  • Working as part of a fun, energetic team during busy matchdays
  • Keeping your service area clean, tidy and ready for action
  • Following all company, food safety and cash-handling procedures

Previous stadium, hospitality or event experience is a big plus, particularly if you’re used to working in a busy environment where excellent service and speed are key. Full training will still be provided.
