Flexible, event-based matchday work. Be at the heart of the action! Constellation is looking for experienced Bartenders and Waiters to join our Front of House team at Northampton Saints. You’ll be at the forefront of the matchday experience, delivering excellent service to both home and away fans across our bars, hospitality areas and front-of-house operations. This is a fast-paced environment where experience, confidence and knowledge of service really matter.

We’re looking for people who already understand what great hospitality looks like and can hit the ground running. You’ll be:

  • Local to Northampton and able to easily get to Franklin’s Gardens
  • 18 or over
  • Experienced in a pub, club, stadium or high-volume hospitality environment
  • Confident working behind a busy bar or within a busy front-of-house operation
  • Familiar with the order of service and able to deliver it confidently
  • Knowledgeable about professional hospitality standards
  • Friendly, professional and confident when dealing with customers
  • Comfortable working at pace while maintaining excellent service
  • A strong team player who can communicate effectively with colleagues
  • Reliable, punctual and ready to get stuck in

What will you be doing?

  • Providing excellent service to home and away supporters
  • Taking food and beverage orders and ensuring they are delivered accurately
  • Serving drinks and working confidently behind the bar
  • Following the correct order of service and hospitality procedures
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service throughout the event
  • Working efficiently during busy periods and managing multiple customers
  • Keeping your bar or service area clean, organised and fully stocked
  • Working closely with the wider Front of House team to deliver a seamless matchday experience
  • Following all company, licensing, food safety and health & safety procedures

Experience is essential. This role is not suitable for candidates without previous hospitality experience. You must have previous experience working in a pub, club, stadium, restaurant or similar hospitality setting, with a good understanding of customer service and the order of service. We’re looking for experienced hospitality professionals who understand the pace of a busy event and know how to deliver great service from start to finish.
