We're looking for a proactive and organised Vending Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operation of our vending services, ensuring machines are fully stocked, well-maintained, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

This is a hands-on supervisory role where you'll support and motivate a small team while ensuring the smooth running of vending operations across the site.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Supervising the daily vending operation and supporting team members.
  • Ensuring vending machines are fully stocked, clean, and operating efficiently.
  • Monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and managing inventory.
  • Carrying out regular machine checks and escalating maintenance issues when required.
  • Producing reports and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office.
  • Delivering excellent customer service and responding to queries professionally.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health & Safety requirements.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
