Role: Corporate Mobile Receptionist
Location: Scotland and Newcastle
Contract type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, with a shift rota between 7 AM and 9 PM; flexibility required based on business needs). Opportunities for overtime and weekend work available upon request and based on business availability.
We seek a dynamic and adaptable individual who loves customer service and thrives in a team environment. Our Network Team plays a crucial role in supporting over 100 locations, stepping in during operational absences, such as vacations and training sessions. This position is perfect for receptionists who seek diversity and excitement in their work. You will gain exposure to various operations and teams, and we will provide comprehensive training on systems and procedures before assigning you to a site. While the role can be challenging, you will be part of an inclusive, innovative business that values teamwork.
Main responsibilities:
- Fulfilling multiple roles across the Rapport portfolio (e.g., receptionist, concierge, lobby host, helpdesk)
- Addressing guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring all needs are met efficiently
- Professionally managing all incoming and outgoing calls
- Collaborating with other departments and service providers to create a unified approach to guest satisfaction
- Remaining flexible and adaptable in response to changing duties and potential shift or location adjustments
The ideal candidate will:
