You'll provide seamless front-of-house cover across multiple client sites, ensuring every visitor and colleague receives a professional, welcoming experience. No two days are the same. Main responsibilities
- Provide versatile front‑of‑house support across the Rapport portfolio, including reception, concierge, lobby hosting, and helpdesk functions.
- Handle guest enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing calls with confidence and a high standard of professionalism.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external service partners to deliver a seamless, high‑quality guest journey.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability as responsibilities evolve, including adjustments to shifts or work locations.
The ideal candidate will
