What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key NHS Trust stakeholders
  • Identifying growth opportunities and delivering savings across client accounts
  • Analysing purchasing patterns, spend data, and business risks to uncover opportunities for improvement
  • Building and managing a pipeline of commercial activity to achieve agreed targets and KPIs
  • Working closely with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Data teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to NHS customers, providing insight, support, and value-driven solutions

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong commercial awareness with excellent stakeholder management skills. You'll likely have:

  • Experience building and managing successful client or stakeholder relationships
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence interpreting data to identify opportunities
  • A proven track record of delivering growth, savings, or performance against KPIs
  • Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and functions
  • A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach
  • A full UK driving licence

  • Experience within the food, hospitality, healthcare, or procurement sectors
  • Experience working within procurement services, managed services, or supply chain environments
