About the Role

In this dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring M&S units operate safely, legally, and in line with brand expectations. Working closely with Brand Managers, Unit Managers, and key stakeholders, you’ll help drive consistency, improve KPIs, and support teams to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive consistent service delivery to M&S brand standards
  • Conduct site visits and audits, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Produce clear reports and actionable plans with agreed timelines
  • Coach and support managers on processes, policies, and brand updates
  • Champion continuous KPI improvement across the business
  • Act as a Health & Safety Ambassador
  • Share best practice and updates following training and brand meetings

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised, able to manage your own workload and priorities
  • Proven experience in coaching and improving team performance
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing demands
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel (including overnight stays)
