Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of classic and premium cocktails to the highest standard.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a memorable guest experience.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and other beverages.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume premium hospitality environment.
- Keep the bar clean, organised, fully stocked and ready for service.
- Follow all licensing, food safety, health & safety and venue procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to ensure seamless service.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous cocktail bartender experience is essential
- Confident preparing a wide range of classic cocktails from memory
- Experience working in premium hospitality, hotels, restaurants, members' clubs or high-volume cocktail bars
- Able to work efficiently under pressure whilst maintaining exceptional quality and presentation
- Friendly, professional and confident interacting with guests
- High standards of appearance, cleanliness and attention to detail
- A reliable, punctual and flexible approach, with the commitment to work the majority of Manchester United home fixtures throughout the season.
