We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join our team at Booking.com.

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 8:00-16:30, 40 hours per week

Salary: £34,000 per annum

Location: M3 3BG

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day operation, deputising in their absence and taking ownership of key administrative duties.
  • Lead, coach and motivate a team of 17, ensuring high standards of service and engagement.
  • Conduct HR meetings and investigations in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Utilise Office 365 to manage reporting, communications and operational administration.
  • Take a hands‑on approach across Front and Back of House, supporting service delivery wherever needed.
  • Support a high-volume catering operation, serving up to 800 customers on peak days, with growth to 3,500 daily customers anticipated.
