We are recruiting a Workplace Ambassador, known as Floor Assistant, to join our 43 strong team at one of Rapport's most prestigious contracts. The client is one of the Big Four Accountancy firms in the world. The Floor Assistant is primarily responsible for the operation of all Internal Floors in the office. We are the 'one-stop-shop' for any internal staff needs. We have a fantastic relationship with everyone on site and we are the leading relationship builders. Although you'll be part of a dynamic 43-person team, you will work as part of a smaller team with 3 other Floor Assistants and a supervisor whilst collaborating closely as the first point of contact with the client.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota basis between 7 AM and 5 PM, with flexibility as per business needs)

Main responsibilities:

  • Taking care of the internal working staff needs
  • Monitoring, managing, and supporting space utilisation within the London Campus
  • Managing supplier relationships, including logging, chasing, and following through with calls
  • Building relationships with the Client and being the first point of contact
  • Providing business support and assistance with analytics
  • Maintaining all internal vending provisions
