Location: London, EC2V 7EL

Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum

Working pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 7:00am - 15:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solid kitchen operations and organisational skills
  • Strong understanding of health and safety standards
  • Ability to support and assist in the overall running of the kitchen
  • Experience in preparing and developing daily changing menus alongside the Head Chef
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and support the wider team
  • Good awareness of current food trends and high street concepts
  • Genuine passion for food and innovation
  • Strong stock management, rotation, and portion control in line with purchasing
  • Supporting and helping manage a team of 6–7 chefs and 3 kitchen porters
  • Overtime available during events (paid at time and a half)
  • Annual bonus scheme based on performance
