Rate of pay: £35,000 per annum
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week - (7am - 3pm)
Location: London, W1T 3JJ
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support two Chef de Parties and two Kitchen Porters, working closely with the Head Chef.
- Help run the daily kitchen operation, serving up to 200 covers per day.
- Monitor stock levels, order ingredients, and manage inventory to minimise waste.
- Support the Head Chef with menu planning and preparation for a busy catering environment.
- Oversee daily food preparation, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining high standards.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and fully compliant with health and safety standards.
- Assist with new menu ideas and dishes.
- Support food cost control and kitchen budgets.
