  • Todevelopandsupporttheleadershipoftheeventsteam, ensuringexceptionalservice delivery.
  • Focusingonteamdevelopment, implementingtrainingsessionsandbuildingskills.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day event operations, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Understandinghowtherotaisputtogetherandabletoplanandbookstaffwhenrequired.
  • Takeresponsibilityforpersonalandteamhealth&safetyadherence, leadingsafetywalks and ensuring safety conversations are up to date
  • Listentocustomercommentsanddealwiththemasappropriateorpass themontoarelevant member of staff to ensure prompt follow-up action is taken
  • Conductregularteammeetings, ensuringopentwo-waycommunication.
  • Developingknowledgeofthefinancialsideofthebusiness, lookingatlabortargetsand contributing to financial success.
  • Assistinleadinganddevelopingastrong, high-performingeventsteam.
  • Toensureconsistentqualityservicedeliverytakingpartinthedailytastingswith Chefsand temperature checks on the floors
  • Ensuring set standards are met for each event on a daily basis
