You’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience every day, leading from the front and supporting the smooth, efficient running of the operation. You’ll step up in the Manager’s absence, keep standards consistently high, and confidently handle challenges as they arise.
What you’ll be doing as a Restaurant Supervisor:
- Complete opening/closing checks and ensure service areas are set to standard
- Keep front of house clean, organised, and welcoming
- Manage rotas, stock levels, deliveries, and minimise waste
- Lead, delegate, and keep the team proactive
- Support operations, admin, and problem‑solving in the Manager’s absence
- Maintain brand standards, product knowledge, and compliance (H&S, allergens)
- Drive promotions, upselling, and sales opportunities
- Handle all additional requests in a proactive manner
