Do you want to be part of an award-winning team? We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join our creative team and support us in delivering the excellent service we are known for, in two client buildings based near Green Park/Piccadilly Circus/St. James's Park.
The Corporate Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors, staff and a key component in ensuring seamless service delivery within the office environment.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis 8 AM - 6:30 PM, with flexibility as per business needs)

Main responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and managing front-of-house operations, including switchboard duties and visitor enquiries
- Coordinating a complex meeting room diary, including AV/IT setup and catering arrangements
- Liaising with internal teams such as secretarial, catering, IT/AV, and facilities to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintaining the reception area and meeting rooms to high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Handling mail, deliveries, and couriers, including franking, invoice checks, and distribution
- Managing administrative tasks such as taxi bookings, contractor access, and security pass issuance
- Supporting building and facilities operations, including reporting and following up on maintenance issues

- Possess excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Ideally, have at least one year of customer service experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel, premium airline, or corporate environment
