Compass Group UK&I is seeking an Assistant Manager for our London operation.

The role offers Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts from 07:00 to 16:30, and a salary of £35,000 per annum.

You will liaise between the team and manager, lead a 25-strong team, and report directly to the General Manager at site.

You’ll help manage inventories, budgets, and action plans, handle tills, and train staff to uphold exceptional service and a positive brand image.
