Location: WC1H 9JZ

Salary: £36,519.12 per annum

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week – Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm, you will be required to support in hospitality so additional hours will be available as overtime, some flexibility is required.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs
  • To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
  • To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are ‘picture perfect’ every time
  • You will be responsible for running the cafe and cover between 50-60 covers per day
  • To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus and order necessary ingredients

Ideal Cafe Sous Chef Candidate:

  • Drive the café to improve the food and increase our covers during our lunch period
  • Is flexible and has a good front of house ability to cover during busy lunch period
  • Be highly focused on social sustainability
  • Have contract Catering or Cafe background is highly desirable
  • Very well organised and good time-management skills
  • Have in-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene protocols, and sanitation standards
