Constellation at Tottenham Stadium is a fast-paced environment, supplying people daily across many areas of the stadium. Our people are at the heart of what we do. You will become an integral part of this delivery. Our mission is to deliver the best people for the stadium and the teams they support. We really are the people lynchpin, and often the emergency resource to keep the business moving.
You will support the attraction of candidates and match them to appropriate positions based on their skills and personality. Your role within the team is multi-faceted and your ability to multi‑task will be key. Our Consultants must have a variety of skills, negotiation, patience, empathy and time management to name just a few. They possess sound judgement, communication and aptitude. They also have strong ethics and a collaborative spirit. Teamwork creates the foundation that makes our operation such a success.
Responsibilities- Based at Tottenham you will be supporting the premium team in resourcing all shifts required by the department.
- Responsible for assigning the correct people to the correct roles, based on skill sets and soft skills, within the timeframes set by client requirements.
- Overall accountability for delivering the quantities and qualities.
- Supporting at check ins and check outs as agreed, and coordinating feedback with the account you oversee.
- Employ recruiting methods alongside the resource team to support attracting candidates with job advertising.
- Evaluate CVs and applications when needed, to support the delivery of online assessments and training as required.
- Chasing client timesheets to meet deadlines and supporting the payroll and admin assistants where necessary.
- Follow all procedures outlined in terms of candidate admin and booking systems.
- Ensure that we adhere to all legalities involved in recruitment.
- Ensuring responsibilities that are handed over correctly when out of the loop.
Five days out of seven, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required by venue schedules. To be based in the office a minimum of 4 days per week. You are expected to always be in business casual on non-event days. Business attire is required for all event days.
