Internal Communications & Culture Specialist - Levy | Hybrid / London / Travel | Full-Time / Permanent
Salary: £40-£43K dependent on experience + excellent benefits including healthcare, wellbeing support, 23 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance, meals on duty, and more.
Role purpose
Levy International is growing across venues and markets, and we need communications that help colleagues feel connected, informed and proud of the part they play.
As a decentralised organisation, it is especially important that colleagues across venues, functions and markets hear a clear, consistent story about Levy’s purpose and values, where we are going, what matters most and how we grow together.
This role will drive the internal communications agenda for Levy International, helping strengthen colleague experience, culture and engagement across the business.
It will also play an important role in employer brand, talent attraction and the management of Levy's corporate brand identity.
Working across internal and external channels, this person will create content and campaigns that bring the strategy to life, support leadership visibility, celebrate colleagues across the business and help build a modern, joined-up brand presence.
Key responsibilities
- Drive internal communications planning and delivery across Levy International, creating clear, engaging communications for colleagues across venues, functions and markets.
- Turn Levy’s business strategy into clear, practical communications that help colleagues understand where the business is going, what matters most and how their work contributes.
- Use colleague insight, employee data and engagement results to shape internal comms priorities, identify gaps in understanding or engagement, and measure whether these comms are helping colleagues feel informed, connected and proud.
- Support colleague experience and culture by creating communications that feel relevant, human and connected to day-to-day life across a decentralised organisation.
Levy will need more visible leadership as we grow - support senior leaders to communicate regularly, clearly and consistently around business priorities, culture, performance and change.
- Work closely with People and Talent Acquisition teams to support employer brand and talent attraction through culture-led content.
- Create content that can be used and adapted across the business, including Work Jam, leadership updates, Linked In, website channels and Compass platforms where appropriate.
- Take a lead role in maintaining high standards across owned channels, with the opportunity to manage administrator ownership of website and Linked In channels.
- Act as a brand guardian, helping manage corporate brand identity, tone of voice and consistency across communications.
- Apply strong judgement and governance to protect reputation, ensuring content follows approval routes, respects brand guardrails and supports risk-aware communications.
What we're looking for
- Strong experience in internal communications, colleague communications, employer brand or corporate communications.

- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to make strategy clear and engaging for different audiences.
- Experience creating culture-led content that supports engagement, retention and talent attraction.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and across a decentralised, multi-site organisation.
- Good judgement, strong organisation and a clear understanding of reputation, governance and brand consistency.
- Experience managing digital channels and repurposing content across internal and external audiences.
