Restaurant Associates is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Hospitality Supervisor to join one of our London operations. Working closely with the management team, you’ll help oversee the day-to-day delivery of restaurant service and workplace hospitality. You’ll lead from the front, support your team during busy periods and ensure every guest receives a warm, professional and memorable experience. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are quite the same. You’ll help create a positive working environment, maintain excellent standards and make sure the operation runs smoothly from setup through to the end of service.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and supporting the front-of-house team
- Coordinating daily hospitality and event services
- Maintaining high standards of service and presentation
- Supporting training, rotas and team communication
- Ensuring safety and hygiene procedures are followed
What we’re looking for:
You’ll have previous supervisory experience within hospitality, contract catering, restaurants or events. You’ll be organised, reliable and confident dealing with both guests and colleagues. Most importantly, you’ll have a genuine passion for hospitality, a positive approach and a willingness to get involved. You’ll enjoy leading by example and helping your team deliver its best every day.
