Overview
Hospitality Manager – Fine Dining & Events, earn up to £45,000 + overtime available. We’re recruiting an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead fine dining and hospitality services within a well-established, professional site supporting approximately 1,600 occupants daily. This is a people-focused leadership role within a settled, high-performing team, offering structure, balance, and the opportunity to enhance an already strong hospitality operation. The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule, with daytime hours on Monday and Friday and shared evening responsibility across Tuesday - Thursday alongside the Assistant Hospitality Manager.
What you’ll be doing:
- Overseeing fine dining, hospitality events, and overall service delivery
- Working closely with the Head Chef to ensure seamless food and service standards
- Liaising with clients to plan and deliver upcoming hospitality requirements over the coming months
- Enhancing and evolving the fine dining and hospitality experience for clients
- Leading, supporting, and developing a long-established team
- Maintaining high service standards while ensuring consistency and attention to detail
- Building strong internal and external relationships through confident networking
