We're looking for...

Are you passionate about the environment and making a positive impact on both the people and the planet?

Someone who likes to work towards bold targets, challenge the norm, and support Levy in their climate commitments through the Environment, Nature and Health Pillars.

This role will be responsible for delivering all operational aspects of Levy’s climate commitments across Levy UK&I venues.

This includes implementing sustainable action plans at each venue using Levy tools, coordinating delivery with operational teams, and ensuring progress against key sustainability objectives.

The role requires advocacy and coordination across stakeholders within Levy, partners and external SMEs as required.

Head Of Sustainability - The Role
Work with the Sustainability Director to continue to develop the sustainability strategy for Levy UK&I, creating clear and precise educational documents that support the Levy interventions plan at operational and functional levels.

Lead, coach and develop sustainability resource across UK&I, building sustainability capability within operational teams and supporting venue sustainability champions
Regulatory compliance – keep up to date with EU and country specific regulatory compliance
Track, record and calculate carbon footprints for individual Levy UK&I sites.

Use Scope 3 data to identify specific in-country emissions hotspots and apply targeted interventions, including menu engineering and supply chain switches, to support delivery of Levy’s climate commitments.

Supplier engagement
Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to improve sustainability performance, increase data quality and deliver emissions reduction opportunities across the supply chain.

Lead on food waste compliance and reduction, a key sustainability and commercial driver.

Implement the GPS (growth performance score) system monthly to understand venue KPI performance.

Support QBD content and sustainability reporting for clients, attend client sustainability meetings and support client sustainability events.

Lead on specific workstreams related to governance and managing impact in relation to Sustainable sourcing either through emissions or commercial impact
Effectively communicate all Levy sustainability policies and practices through internal and external training and education programs
Track trends and developments to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.

Manage the process of the venue staging sustainable events by understanding our sustainability impact, seeking ways to partner and collaborate with partners.
