Head of Operations - Harlequins FC, Twickenham | Full-Time / Permanent

We're looking for a confident Head of Operations to support the General Manager in taking day-to-day accountability for food, beverage and guest experience at The Stoop, ensuring standards reflect Harlequins’ identity, the energy of rugby matchdays and Levy’s ambition for iconic venues.
This is a visible, hands-on leadership role requiring structure, pace, commercial discipline and the ability to align Levy teams, Harlequins stakeholders, internal support teams, third-party partners, suppliers and agency teams.
Success will be measured through service consistency, guest feedback, spend per head, margin protection, compliance and the creation of a high-performing team culture.

- Head of Operations - The role
- Lead all operational delivery across matchdays, hospitality, retail, conferences, events and partner activations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Turn business objectives into clear, data-driven operational plans with measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Oversee venue readiness, including staffing, stock, logistics, compliance, food safety, health & safety, and service excellence.
- Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, agency staff and partners to deliver seamless operations across every touchpoint.
- Champion a fan-first culture, using guest feedback and industry trends to enhance service, innovation and venue performance.
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and partners to deliver successful matchday and non-matchday events.
- Recruit, lead and develop high-performing teams, creating an engaged culture focused on accountability, teamwork and excellence.
- Drive commercial success by optimising labour, costs, revenue, profitability and guest spend across all business streams.
- Use operational and financial insights to improve planning, performance, efficiency and post-event reviews.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, compliance, licensing and health & safety while supporting innovation and future venue development.
