Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of a high-volume site serving around 2,000 customers each day, with five food outlets, one coffee shop, and a busy hospitality operation.
- Ensure high standards across all catering and hospitality areas.
- Maintain full health & safety compliance.
- Ensure allergen information is accurate and available.
- Check menus, labelling and customer information are correct.
- Support and manage the on-site team.
- Maintain presentation standards across the site.
- Identify and resolve operational issues quickly.
- Work closely with the Operations Director to keep the site running smoothly.
Candidate Profile:
- Previous General Manager experience within contract catering.
- Strong operational leadership.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and allergen legislation.
