- Event Operations: Strong background in planning, executing, and managing large-scale events or functions.
- Strong background delivering premium client and guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations across site, ensuring exceptional service, consistency, and performance.
- Oversee all administrative and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.
- Drive operational excellence by managing site performance, financial controls, and service delivery standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop management and frontline teams to build engagement, accountability, and high performance.
- Monitor budgets, labour costs, and KPIs, implementing actions to maximise profitability and efficiency.
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, acting as the key point of contact across all sites.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and food safety standards.
- Support recruitment, employee relations, and workforce planning to maintain a motivated and capable team.
- Take ownership of all operational challenges, delivering effective solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a visible presence across all locations, providing hands-on leadership and supporting teams where required.
