We are seeking a polished, professional, and highly organised Fine Dining Ambassador to join our hospitality team within a prestigious corporate environment. This is a dynamic front-of-house role that combines exceptional guest service with a strong administrative focus, ensuring the seamless operation of our Fine Dining and VIP client areas.
As the first point of contact for visitors and senior stakeholders, you will create a welcoming and memorable experience while supporting the day-to-day coordination of bookings, meeting preparations, reporting, and client enquiries. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced corporate setting, demonstrate outstanding attention to detail, and take pride in delivering service excellence to VIP guests and internal clients alike.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hospitality and relationship-building with administrative responsibilities and maintaining high standards across client-facing spaces.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota basis between 7 AM – 10 PM)
Salary: £36,015 per annum
Main responsibilities:
- Welcome and host VIP visitors and corporate guests.
- Manage Fine Dining reservations and events.
- Coordinate reservations preparations and last-minute client requests.
- Maintain a clear and up-to-date booking calendar and inbox, providing administrative support and booking confirmations.
- Respond to guest inquiries swiftly and knowledgeably, acting as a key point of contact.
- Coordinate closely with the catering team to ensure timely service of food and drinks.
- Liaise with building management, security, and service providers.
- Maintain an exceptional client experience and professional environment at all times.
