Pay Rate: £16 per hour + Holiday Pay

We're looking for experienced cocktail bar staff to join us this summer and work at a variety of incredible events! This is your chance to be part of major festivals including:

  • Hyde Park BST – 26th‑28th June, 3rd‑5th July, 10th‑12th July
  • All Points East – 21st‑23rd August, 28th‑31st August

What we’re Looking For:

  • Be the first point of call for customers, dealing with their requests efficiently and accurately, and communicating with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Remain calm during periods of high volume or unusual events, while driven to complete your tasks.
  • Take orders, operate a till and handle customer payments.
  • Prepare and serve drinks in the correct disposable/reusable glassware and accompaniments for the beverage items offered.
  • Make knowledgeable recommendations, proactively assist guests with queries, and upsell items.
  • Assist with the setup and clear down of your area, ready for the next service.
  • Replenish stock in line with consumption and par levels.
  • Ensure all glassware and tools are impeccably clean before use and keep all service areas clean, tidy, and safe.
  • Follow responsible alcohol service policies.

Important Requirements:

  • Must be comfortable working 12‑hour shifts.
  • Must be able to travel independently to and from venues, including late finishes (up to 11:00 pm–12:00 am).

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Previous cocktail bartending experience is required.
  • Excellent communication and remaining calm under pressure will be key to ensuring smooth delivery.
