Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional who is ready to keep an office running at its best? We are recruiting a Dedicated Office Coordinator to join our Rapport team at one of our client's offices. Our client is one of the world's leading technology companies, offering a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to both facilities management and reception coordination. This is a dedicated cover role, where you will travel across our regional sites to provide support during annual leave, sickness, and other planned or unplanned absences, ensuring seamless operations across the portfolio.

Type of contract: Full-time, 14 Month Fixed Term Contract

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis from 8 AM to 6 PM)

Base: Covering the 4 London Offices and travelling to Swindon, Cambridge and St Albans, travel costs will be covered.

Main responsibilities:

  • Performing day-to-day reception and administrative duties.
  • Liaising with vendors, and assisting the teams permanently based in the building.
  • Managing the meeting room bookings and visitor registration.
  • Collaborating with the Facilities Managers regarding various facility-related tasks.
  • Working closely with other service providers (security/cleaners) to maintain the building and service levels at a high standard.
  • Taking on ad-hoc tasks outlined by your manager, the client, and Facilities Managers.
